What a walk-in shower costs in Colorado Springs

A custom walk-in shower is priced at the free in-home visit, where you get an exact written price. Why a walk-in shower

Walk-in shower or bathtub: which one do you actually use?

A tub you have to climb into gets harder to use every year, and it is one more thing to clean. A walk-in shower is more accessible, opens the room up, and has no ledge to scrub around.

A walk-in shower gives you:

A shower that is easier to step into and easier to keep clean.

Quality company - responsive when asked questions, encouraged personal choices. Never felt pressured to choose a specific product. Specifically appreciated their willingness to make adjustments- for My project the willingness to do a work through with the tub - results are great. Taylor & Steve were on schedule. Really appreciated that they kept to the schedule (done in 3 days!) and were always concerned about leaving the worksite clean when they left for the day. Follow up was great and made sure the project was complete. Highly recommend & will definitely use them for the next bathroom remodel!

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Can you replace my tub with a walk-in shower?

Yes. We build a custom solid surface walk-in shower where the old tub was, with a curbless or low-step entry, a bench, niches and glass to suit the room. If you want the faster, lower-cost version of the same swap, a one-day tub to shower conversion is usually done in a single day.

Most custom walk-in showers take a few days to about a week, depending on the glass, the base and anything we find behind the old unit.

For most households, yes. A walk-in shower removes the high tub wall you have to step over, and we can build in a bench, a niche and blocking for grab bars. If you still take baths, or you expect to sell to families with small children soon, keeping one tub in the house is the sensible call and we will say so.

A curbless shower has no step at all, so it suits a walker, a wheelchair or anyone who cannot safely lift a foot, but the floor has to be built to fall toward the drain, which adds work. A low-threshold shower keeps an edge a few inches high, goes in faster and costs less, and suits most people who can still step over it.
